Bruce Springsteen -The Rising
An album that is a bitter reflection on the tragedy of September 11, a general overview of America in the early 2000s. Sung and played by God, with very profound lyrics. It would deserve a 5, but its previous masterpieces might get offended. 4.5. more

The first two albums are lovely and the third one is nice, but the latest one that came out is a fantastic piece of crap. more

Unfortunately, while recognizing their talent, this band has never really captured me. I quite liked "Up In It," the only one of theirs that I enjoyed from start to finish. more
Soundgarden -Ultramega Ok
In addition to the fury that the whole record unleashes (never less than maximum for them, until '91), 5 MINUTES to be written down immediately in the annals: those of "Smokestack Lightning" - the best cover ever...? It’s in a fight with that live version by Quicksilver ("Maiden Of The Cancer Moon"). more
Paul Kantner & Grace Slick -Sunfighter
Underrated also because of the previous masterpiece, this album is a twilight and tormented post-psychedelic work, visionary and angry. The first track, Silver Spoon, rightfully belongs among the best works of Jefferson A. or S.; if all the songs had been at that level of inspiration, perhaps the final result would have even surpassed Blows... anyway, it's splendid. And a great cover as well. more

I'm not crazy about it, I never get it at the bar. The moka is more than enough. more
Joni Mitchell -The Hissing Of Summer Lawns
How many fabulous pieces: In France They Kiss on Main Street, The Jungle Line, Edith and the Kingpin, The Hissing of Summer Lawns, Harry's House. As far as I'm concerned, it's on the podium among Mitchell's most beautiful albums. more
