Personally hateful, but a few bits, before sinking into tedious pop punk, are nice. more
A bit slow, but the Gods are always the Gods... more
Beautiful album... The Bms don't suffer much from the absence of the late Di Giacomo, but they finally produce a prog album worthy of standing alongside their works from the '70s... more
Good pop rock album... Nothing progressive, though! more
"Last" in the rankings (perhaps not in the radio charts, but definitely in mine). The Claudio Baglioni of our times, but two stars below. more
The classic group of the moment, plastered all over magazine covers and on every TV channel. Their success feels manufactured to me, but they've certainly made a name for themselves at Eurovision, and "Torna a casa" I liked, even more than "Zitti e buoni." For now, a fixed presence; we’ll see if in three years they’ll still be in the spotlight or will be "al chiaro di luna," hence the name. more
A superlative exponent of the relationship between music and faith! 4 stars only because it was inconsistent. "La finestra dentro" his best, a beautiful return in the late '90s with "Arcano enigma." Where there is Franco, there is quality and Art. more
Beautiful uptempo dance song... I love the bridge in French :) more
and your eyes steal the light from me, so that you may shine in mine. more
Gangsta's Paradise more
Hail joy, they've reissued this little disc. I've wanted it on vinyl for a decade, especially because aesthetically it's a bomb, both the reissue and the original. But the album...what can I say, it's the first of the diptych that elevated Pappalardo's name, thanks especially to the great presence of Lucio Battisti. And as a concept, I feel it very close to me (the relationship between man and sea, where there's always a desire to discover sunken and mysterious things; I've been diving continuously since I was going to the beach in Follonica, and this feeling is in my soul). But it’s not a masterpiece, it's a great product for sure, but not exceptional.

(P.S.: now I’m sitting here waiting for the reissue of Oh, it was about time, hoping it doesn't take two decades.) more
Excellent, it also includes some of the best versions of certain tracks from my favorite Dalla album (those who know, know they don't know). But...BUT...Caruso: while it is a beautiful song, it has pulverized the testicles due to how overplayed it is by many. more
Nice rock’n’roll/rock-blues album, fun, tight, and with no dull moments. And with Scott, who was a real rock’n’roll animal (I still think that Marta from Lupo Alberto wasn’t the best possible replacement...). All great tracks, even though they don’t overly thrill (me), this album and all its peers up to 1979 in the genre have no flaws. Oh, what’s due to Caesar... more

My idols forever. Inimitable, unrepeatable even in the quirks of their discography. more
On the cover of their albums, it should be written "not suitable for those over 14." more
"Don't you know I'm crazy?" more
Much more improved than the original version. more

Not exactly my cup of tea. But definitely my toilet bowl. more
