A 4.5. Great debut. more
Bird simply flew too high for anyone. more
Oh, melloncolli.. even though I've never been a "fan" of pumpkins, I've always considered Siamese Dream a great album. Its successor, this double one, I've always found too long and rambling. It could have been another excellent album, condensed into one, but Uncle Fester's ego is well known to be uncontainable. Anyway, 3.5. After this, there won't be another one... What a shame. Now just shoot me. more
Emotion and pure anger. more
"Fisherman's Blues" should not be missing from any respectable music collection, a handful of fantastic songs and a seminal record. more
I doubt there's a prog suite that can be digested as easily as "Nine Feet Underground." Just for that, it absolutely deserves the 5 stars. Finally, we must not overlook some excellent albums. Among the greatest English bands straddling the '60s and '70s. more
But... is it them who have bored us with that cheap little single that goes "Teeerùn Terùn... Teeerrùn Terùn..."??? more
And here they had become a bit bourgeois, but when the class lightning strikes (Gaucho, Third World Man) they remain irresistible. more
Very commercial, yet some tracks withstand the test of time. Songs like Cuccurucucu are obviously unbearable. more
In a damn town like mine, it's not easy to find certain records. This one is more than valid, of course the previous ones are on another level. more
Out of a carton pops this record (who remembered having it?) very nice, even if sometimes Pasqualino goes a bit overboard. more
They make me happy. "In The Aeroplane Over The Sea" is a masterpiece. more
If I have to be honest... it inspires me sex! more
Considering her complete unfamiliarity with the music field, because it excites as much as an iceberg in the ass. The "famous" video with the ball is embarrassing; at this point, there are plenty of far superior girls who make nice videos to enjoy at zero volume, staying within the realm of "non-singers" in recent years. more
1970, here’s one of the highest peaks of his career. Formidable album, mind-blowing groove, a wild band, and him... he’s insane, an unstoppable rhythm machine on stage, flesh, blood, sweat, and a constantly moving ass. A fundamental masterpiece to understand, among other things, what "Funk" really means, and to launch it into the empyrean, the title track alone (in its best version) would suffice—a ten-minute whirlpool from which you cannot, and do not want to, escape. Immense. This is THE GROOVE. more
Photonic Jazzfusion. more
Jazz on trinitrotoluene. Believe It the best. more
Why did they only release one album back in '77, while hundreds of musically insignificant characters release one every year, on a regular basis for several years??? more
It's been quite a while since they've produced anything decent, but the work they churned out in the 80s is essential. more
