The fifth solo album by Debbie Harry was released in 2007, produced by the duo Super Buddha. It is an album that somewhat deviates from the artist's usual work, typically characterized by a new wave-derived pop-rock. In fact, with this work, Harry approaches a synthetic electro-pop in tune with the times: mid and up-tempo tracks like "Dirty and Deep," "School of Scandal," "Necessary Evil," "Charm Alarm," "Whiteout," and the single "Two Times Blue" alternate with ballads like the second single "If I Had You," "Love with a Vengeance," and "Paradise," the latter featuring the Jazz Passengers. There are also World excursions with the instrumental "Jen Jen," "In the Heat of the Moment," and "Naked Eye," all played on tribal rhythms and ethnic melodies. There is room for the experimental Gospel-dance "You're too Hot" and the electronic loop "Charm Redux," in short, an album where you find a little bit of everything, sung by an artist who doesn't lie about her age and does not shy away from expressing herself musically as she wishes.
