THE REVIEW

I hope you have a suitable system to appreciate this unknown masterpiece (at least for DeBaser reviews) by the now mature David Crosby: we are now more than two decades away from Woodstock and the saga of the renowned CSNY firm, in 1993, essentially a lifetime ago.

Of course, the 5 stars are rightfully deserved by the beautiful debut album "If I Could Only Remember My Name," but this "Thousand Roads" is certainly no less and you'll soon realize it. Do I need to describe it track by track? Well, if you want some advice just to "acclimate" yourself, you might want to start with the title track at number 6 and you'll see that the rest will be smooth sailing. The quality of the recording and the artists is unquestionable: try it to believe it. I limit the rating to 4 stars out of "respect" for the first album, but I'm sure you'll give it one more.

I'll stop here: to the wise, few words are needed, better to listen to David the Californian.

Then write to me what you think about it.
