American singer-songwriter and guitarist. Emerged with the duo David & David (Boomtown, 1986) before releasing solo albums Bedtime Stories (1990), Triage (1992), and Here Comes the New Folk Underground (2002). Co-writer on Sheryl Crow’s Tuesday Night Music Club and writer of Come What May from Moulin Rouge!. Active in film/TV songwriting and collaborations.
