A mixed but appreciative review of Dave Navarro's 2001 solo album Trust No One. The reviewer praises Navarro's guitar work and variety on the record while noting a perceived drop from his early peaks with Jane's Addiction. Highlights include tracks like "Rexall" and "Mourning Son."

For:Fans of alternative rock, guitarists, Jane's Addiction fans, music reviewers

If Dave Navarro had died of a heroin overdose in the years '92 - '93 – which he risked doing on several occasions – he would probably be remembered only as the best guitarist in the world during the mythical five-year period of American alternative rock ('87 - '92), and not for being Carmen Electra's husband today.
