Never liked Danny Boyle, always "hated" Steve Jobs.
I watched it because, like everyone, I wanted to see what was being said about this very character-like character, indeed a whole character, entirely a character.

The portrait that emerges is quite truthful: technically, he didn't understand a damn thing, he was only interested in selling and locking his clientele in a pen.
The serious problem is that this two-line portrait is extracted with tweezers from two hours of time-wasting.

The story isn't explained: if you don't know what an Apple II was, the Next, who Ross Perot and TimBL are, about Pixar and more... you definitely won't find out by watching this stuff. Someone is likely to ask: but how did this jerk make money? Was he dealing? How the hell did he get to 1998?

In return, you will discover all the backstage drama between him and his daughter.

Ok, now I like you all.

And so, nothing, we only have many confirmations:
1 - Danny Boyle is a disaster and has exploited a name to get back on track.
2 - Steve Jobs was a ruthless entrepreneur and a jerk, with a huge face of brass that led him to accomplish great things.
3 - Jobs knew how to sell, damn, he knew how to sell.
4 - Woz is amazing, you could also say he's a genius... who doesn't know how to sell.

This film is not a biography, it has no informative value, doesn't entertain, doesn't inspire, doesn't amuse, doesn't provoke thought, doesn't illustrate.

The only moral to read between the lines: knowing how to sell means turning all the flaws and defects of your product into positives.
The only moral thrust in your face: "Even the Rich Cry." Mag-Nido suffers better than 'nica Cacastro.
