"My Quarantine", the new pop album by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Como, Damiano Della Torre, is now available on the main streaming platforms. This new work gathers 12 songs produced by the artist over the past year spent in quarantine, due to the current health emergency. The tracks, besides being a spontaneous account of the past months, at the same time summarize ideas, influences, and sounds from around forty years of musical production.

The songs of "My Quarantine", featuring warm and enveloping sounds, mark the artist's return to the pop genre after the debut of his electronic set "Symbols" in the summer of 2020. The lyrics of the tracks, sometimes written in English, other times in Italian, speak about the beauty of this planet ("Standing Ovation"), the search for inner peace ("Space Quiet"), the joy of being together ("Looking for Love"), the ability to embrace change ("Like a Papillon"), and the importance of small daily gestures that, performed every day, have the power to accomplish great projects ("A Little Rock"). Last December, the video for the single "A Little Rock" was released, filmed between the hills of Bologna and the beaches of Ravenna, featuring Della Torre himself, who, through a symbolic gesture (the throwing of a small stone into a lake), sends an important message to his life partner.

In a moment like this, where at times we feel powerless, we still have the possibility of performing small actions every day that can reach very far, just like the waves generated by a small stone thrown into a lake. (Damiano Della Torre)

"My Quarantine" was entirely created by the artist at "RaDioSky Studios" and was produced by the Good Waves Music label.
