It is located in Tuscania in the Tuscia region, in a beautiful little square... in the summer you can eat outside under a leafy pergola in a relaxing atmosphere.

It's a homely trattoria with an '80s vibe where three old ladies handle the kitchen, and Alfreda herself and her son serve the hungry customers. It's always crowded, as everyone knows they will eat well.

The wine is the kind that gives you a headache, best not to overdo it if you want to get home or enjoy the day with other activities.

Then after lunch, while the digestive juices gently embrace the delicacies prepared by the gnarled hands of the old ladies, satisfied with paying a fair price and eating healthy and plentifully, you can take a relaxing walk in the adjacent park and enjoy the view of the famous church complex.....ahhh everything seems so harmonious..... and under the effect of psychotropic substances, I wander into the past of this small town and its architectural beauty, and Alfreda is now a legendary figure......I practice tai chi.........nothing will be the same as before.
