The second album from Crossover, a duo composed of Mark Inghram and Vanessa Tosti, famous for being one of the sexiest couples in the New York electro scene, is released by a German label (Gigolo) whose boss is none other than the guru of modern electroclash, DJ HELL, also the discoverer of Fischerspooner and Vitalic.

"Cryptic and Dire Sallow Faced Hoods Blast Off into Oblivion" has a dark and thrilling sound without the necrophilic theatricality of certain dark music from 20 years ago, with an eclectic and erotic taste, rock songs dressed in electronics.
The name of the band, after all, is clear: it implements a crossover of sounds that draws from the past with the language of the present, creating something with an undefined but fascinating flavor, regal and decadent, the electro-pop of "Pointly Little Teeth", "Wilde Chylde", "Chimera Chimera", the ambient of "The Visitors", or the dark "Messages", "Avatar", which culminate in a "Half Garden Half Jail" with a flavor of a pagan ritual.

This album will take you to another dimension for 61 minutes.
