Corde Oblique is an Italian music project led by classical guitarist Riccardo Prencipe, active since 2005. Evolving from his earlier project Lupercalia, it blends Mediterranean folk, neofolk, and ethereal elements with rotating guest musicians.

Preceded by Lupercalia with Soehrimnir (2000) and Florilegium (2002) on Equilibrium Music; Corde Oblique’s Respiri (2005) released by Ark Records; Prencipe describes it as a “Little workshop of sound artists”.
