Company Flow is an American hip hop group from New York City formed by El‑P (Jaime Meline) and DJ Mr. Len, later joined by Bigg Jus. They helped define underground/alternative hip hop with Funcrusher Plus (1997) and the instrumental Little Johnny From The Hospitul (1999).

Formed in NYC in the early 1990s by El‑P and Mr. Len; Bigg Jus later joined. Debut Funcrusher (1995) was expanded and released as Funcrusher Plus on Rawkus Records in 1997. Followed by the instrumental LP Little Johnny From The Hospitul: Breaks And Instrumentals, Vol. 1 in 1999. Widely cited as pioneers of the underground hip hop movement.
