Cloudmakers Five is a jazz quintet led by British vibraphonist Jim Hart. The group expanded from the Cloudmakers Trio at the end of 2015 and released its first album as a quintet, Traveling Pulse, on Whirlwind Records (February 2018). The album is a six-track live recording captured at London's Vortex Jazz Club (March 10–11, 2017).

Led by Jim Hart (British vibraphonist). Originally a trio formed in 2010, the project expanded at the end of 2015 to include guitarist Hannes Rieples and saxophonist Antonin-Tri Hoang and adopted the name Cloudmakers Five. Traveling Pulse (six compositions) was recorded live March 10–11, 2017 at Vortex Jazz Club and released in February 2018 on Whirlwind Records. Jim Hart relocated from the UK to Alsace, France (mentioned in reviews as influencing the music's landscape sensibility).

Cloudmakers Five is the five-piece expansion (late 2015) of Jim Hart's Cloudmakers project.
