Civico 23 are one of the most important novelties of recent years in the Italian progressive rock scene, as they define themselves as "New Vintage", without neglecting that Pop and Hard Rock imprint that many bands today prefer to snub before diving headfirst into a more experimental realm.

The singer has almost no technique and normally this would disturb me so much that I wouldn't have continued listening, but he has the advantage of having a particular voice, warm, "dirty", enveloping that manages to put his "technical flaws" in the background and at the same time does not diminish the technical work of the musicians.
