Banal.

There is no other term I could use to frame this debut EP (2006) by CF98, a Polish band with a female singer, which is introduced on their website with a questionable "punk mixed with some emo core pop chocolate milk cocktail" (a fitting description I would say, especially the last adjectives).

Already from the gaudy cover complete with a skull and an AC/DC-style lightning bolt (?!), "Enjoy" presents itself as a watery over-sweetened pop-punk that is superficial and does not match the (decent) expectations I had after stumbling upon the very fast and brief melodic "40 Seconds Of My Life." The most evident limitation turns out to be the singer Karolina, who, in addition to delighting us with frequent off-key notes (which, okay, might even be fitting), approaches the 8 tracks in a decisively too weak manner, with a voice that, while objectively pretty, is excessively teen—appealing perhaps to some pedo-listeners, but all in all, simply irritating. "Fight Club" emerges quite decently, relying on a catchy and pleasant tune that recalls the easier Californian stuff, and amidst the general void, it deserves at least a mention, raising the evaluation of these Krakow youngsters to a 1.5 of encouragement.
