Another proof that Salento is a land of talents. Cesare Montinaro, from the province of Lecce, is just in his twenties but has very clear ideas about what to give and take from music. His is a “clean” pop, pleasant, and the piano adds the right refinement to the piece. “You Are My Grey ” is an excellent calling card that gives us hope for Cesare's musical future; it cannot be, and surely will not be, an isolated case. He’ll just need to be careful with his next “moves.” The choice to sing in English is courageous. Now we're waiting for him to stay on the right path and bring us a full album soon. Meanwhile, let's enjoy the video for which Cesare, along with Francesco Mancarella, curated the subject; directed by Serena De Simone, produced by "ArcaDelBlues."
