Cemetary (lead by Mathias Lodmalm) is a Swedish gothic/metal project formed in 1989. The project's output spans doom/death roots, gothic metal shifts and some industrial/electronic phases; the Cemetary 1213 name was used for the 2000 album The Beast Divine. Lodmalm left the scene around 2005.

Mathias Lodmalm led Cemetary and related projects (including Sundown). The review notes the band's formation in 1989, the landmark album Sundown (1996), the 2000 release The Beast Divine under the Cemetary 1213 name, and a guest vocal appearance by Anders Friden on the track "Antichrist 3000."

A reflective, mildly critical take on Mathias Lodmalm's career and the 2000 Cemetary 1213 album The Beast Divine. The review frames Lodmalm as a persistent but commercially marginal figure of the 1990s gothic/metal scene. It highlights Sundown (1996) as the band's most historically notable album and notes a guest appearance by Anders Friden on "Antichrist 3000".

For:Fans of 1990s gothic metal, listeners of Cemetary/Sundown, and readers of DeBaser album critiques.

 Few will remember Cemetary.
