Hello everyone!

It's really me, Lupin III, born in Japan but with European origins (my grandfather was French, in fact) and I am the greatest thief of all time!

I know, I know, I seem like a fool when drooling over every girl passing by on the street, especially since in the various series you see on television, I embarrassingly go from Margot to Fujiko with ease...

In reality, this is one of my few weak points, after my allergy to octopus, so you know what not to offer me if you meet me around with my 1928 Mercedes Benz SSK convertible (although to tell the truth, I prefer the Fiat 500) if you don't want to see a Weather P38 pointed at you!

I'm always accompanied by my partner Jigen Daisuke, a heavy smoker and drinker, as well as a very quiet person: how could you not get along with someone like that? Besides, he is the one who ALMOST always shows suspicion towards the female universe and sometimes saves me from throwing myself into somewhat dangerous situations; in addition to this, you surely know his unbeatable gunslinger skills and his revolver Smith & Wesson M19 acrobatics. Affectionately tied to Italy (he learned to shoot from a guy named Giovanni, a thief from the beautiful country) and jazz enthusiast, he always travels with a hat and cigarette stub, in addition to the gun.

My other adventure companion is Goemon Ishikawa, a skilled samurai of the Shinto religion, clad in attire that I find incomprehensible and inseparable from his Katana (literally "sword that cuts iron").

Calm and reflective, he eats only Japanese food and listens only to traditional music of the rising sun... you should witness the musical discussions between him and Jigen...

Then there is my beloved Fujiko, whose main characteristic every male among you will remember, and let's say, I lose my head about 10 times every 9 episodes for her. The classic double-crossing femme fatale who even changed her name to Margot to further lose her tracks. And finally, my beloved enemy, Koichi Zenigata, an unlikely detective who was once with the Tokyo police, then transferred to Interpol, who has been chasing me for years if not decades but from whom I continuously and impunely escape. But deep down Zazà has a good heart, and to be honest I even like him.

The most beautiful and particular theme song is undoubtedly that of the 2nd series, dating back to 1978 in which I wore the red jacket. It is played by the Romagna orchestra Castellina-Pasi, one of the most important Italian dance bands, while the music is composed by Franco Micalizzi (already the composer of Trider G7, Ufo Diapolon, and Gordian). A waltz cradled by the notes of the accordion and enhanced by the seductive voice of Irene Vioni.

Well, I'll leave you, in the company of the sampler:

Who knows what face he has?
who knows who he is
everyone knows that his name is Lupin

he was here a moment ago
who knows where he is
everywhere they have seen Lupin

every door will open
who knows why
if Lupin caresses it

I'm trembling here inside myself
who knows, tonight it might be me

if jewels and money and treasures I don't have
to Lupin my heart I'll give

slipping away like a cat he goes
over the roofs under the bridges Lupin

how many police dogs he has behind him
but he'll be a tough bone to crack Lupin

he steals money only from those who have more
to give it to those who have none

it seems right but it's not done
not at all
to me though though

he is charming and I couldn't say no
to Lupin my heart I'll give

he steals money only from those who have more
to give it to those who have none

it seems right but it's not done
not at all
to me though though

he is charming and I couldn't say no
to Lupin my heart I'll give

my heart I'll give
my heart I'll give
my heart I'll give
my heart....

Goodnight to everyone and check that you've closed the windows...heh heh...
