LA RECENSIONE

CARTABIANCA - Finalmente
(Believe)

Finalmente is the first work resulting from the musical project of the brothers Fausto and Francesco Ciapica, known as Cartabianca.

Artists from Genoa, already active in the past with various bands.

Finalmente is a short album composed of nine tracks, very intimate, ironic, and engaging:

“An album conceived in the chaos of the new Genoese music scene, to be sung a little at the top of one's lungs and a little in a whisper. Arrogantly heterogeneous and homogeneous at the same time, it defines what can be a liberating scream or an ironic whisper: Finally.”.

This is how the Ciapica brothers describe their debut work.

A record, therefore, aimed at anyone who wants to approach something new and captivating in the Italian music scene.

All of this is accompanied by singer-songwriter atmospheres primarily in a folk style that provide a backdrop to the extraordinary voices of Fausto and Francesco, warm, mutable, and evocative.

A small project that delivers great emotions.
