LA RECENSIONE

I was born wrong, there's absolutely nothing to be done; mind you, I'm not the only one, but I would have preferred to be born right. But no. That's not how it went. DAMN!!!!!

I can't stay here, not anymore; the castle is crumbling, and I don't want to end up buried under the rubble. A little more elegiac: I cannot be suffocated by the weight of my guilt; and yours. I flee from a battle already lost from the start, from an epic I'm forced to give a tragic ending. I flee, because even in you, who are a sister, after digging, I've found indifference. And I must save myself, because I WANT to save myself, because even I, who bear the weight of the greatest sin, deserve salvation. God does not assist me, but it's better this way: better alone than in bad company.

  • Yes, alright, but where are you fleeing to?
  • Look, I don't know, but anywhere else will do. I'll go to the end of the world if necessary, but I will find what I'm looking for, whatever it is I'm searching for.
  • Ok bro, that's cool and I'll keep you company.
  • How lucky!

I wonder if I'll ever see the stars again. Caneda wondered this too and I think he still wonders, between one fight and another. Flow perfectly blended with the precious beat produced by Dj Shablo (sampled from the Skyrim soundtrack) and absolutely perfect lyrics. Don't expect various technicalities: expect simple but direct rhymes, never cliché. Neda's style will capture you, despite possible initial difficulties. Don't be scared, because it's just appearance. He who best embodies the soul of the cursed Baudelairean Poet is finally here, and he will hardly let you go.

We both travel, far away, because we are both mistaken children of this world, which has rejected us. Towards distant lands, fleeing from a dictatorship established by guilt, envy, and hatred. I don't think I'll go back, so this is the last evening I'll see her. Then away, silent like a cat, swift like the passing seasons. But looking at myself in the mirror, straight in the eye, I see it's been a long time since I left. The castle is collapsing, and I must definitely save myself...
