Reaching the eighties, they can no longer make mistakes. Consolidating the fame, achieved with such tenacity, initially recording electronic pranks, never thinking of producing an album, is important.

The single “Seconds Too Late” paired with “Control Addict” is the right choice for the right phase. The dub and innovative electronics, which even found approval in friend Ian Curtis, are historic achievements, restricted to a particular social period.

A serious evening, incubated in intense strobe lights, even in an absurd venue, exploited for a few bucks. The artists in question certainly elevate the quality of the atmosphere. The beauty of Cabaret is that of imprisoning the listener, hurling the mind into dark places, with somber hues. Nothing is white with them.

Significant are the bass lines of “Seconds Too Late”, like the forgotten “Control Addict”, a not at all trivial exercise by the British trio. The usual stuff for connoisseurs of the genre? Nein! Certainly a step forward from the seemingly naïve reggae-wave of "Silent Command", starting to dialogue with the high dimension of the seminal "Nag Nag Nag".

From here on, “The Voice Of America” arrives, the oriental cocktail of “Yashar”, the tanz-industrial-agitated-urban with “Sensoria” and “Kino”.

Many nice cabarets, in dimmed lights.
