British rock band Bush, led by Gavin Rossdale, emerged in the 1990s post‑grunge wave, drawing both chart success and Nirvana-comparison debates. Razorblade Suitcase (1996) with Steve Albini sharpened their raw edge, while The Science of Things (1999) added electronics and yielded standout ballads. After a hiatus, they returned with The Sea of Memories (2011) and leaned heavier on The Kingdom (2020) and The Art of Survival (2022), with Chris Traynor prominent and producers Tyler Bates and Erik Ron in the mix.
