LA RECENSIONE

I randomly listen to "Into the wilderness" on Radio Città Futura and I say, -I'll note these guys down-.

The track, in the style of moonlight shadow, instantly appeals to me, a piece without technical pretensions like Al di Meola, in the evening at home I go on Torrent but nothing (it was just to see if they were famous...) I go on Itnues and find them (I wrote Itnues and I really like it as a name, one day it will destroy the competition), I grab 5 tracks from the album.

Aside from a matter of timing, a somewhat disappointing track, (never as disappointing as the neverending story, the movie ended an hour and twenty later; (I've always liked this nonsense)) the rest of the album opens a parenthesis (another one?) called summer, but not the kind of summer like Max Pezzali's la lunga estate caldissima, a summer made of awareness of its end.

Lyrics like: into the wilderness away from the loneliness sung by a female voice with a medium-dark tone, ambient keyboards, synths and arpeggiators, guitars that riff but don't solo, drums sometimes electronic sometimes acoustic, reminiscences of a Nordic wave increasingly taking shape (see taken by trees), I expect future mannerisms, but for now I'm enjoying it.

I get all the tracks.
