William Emmanuel Bevan, known as Burial, is an English electronic musician who emerged in the mid-2000s. His sample-based, atmospheric take on dubstep and UK garage (debut album Burial, 2006; Untrue, 2007) is noted for vinyl-like crackle, pitched vocals and nocturnal urban moods.
