THE REVIEW

My favorite Italian artist. A true talent

Rock, funk, hip hop, progressive, jazz... in this album Bugo is at his best. There's Cosa ne pensi Sergio, a true anthem for the legalization of cannabis in Molise and beyond, there's Nei tuoi sogni the most beautiful love song since Video killed the radio star, there's Me la godo or Vado al massimo in reverse, there's Vado ma non so, a raw critique of Google Maps. And then the instrumentals... even Pink Floyd wouldn't be able to play such compositions. And then the gem: Sei tu la donna, a love song in the Modugno style on a base worthy of U2. I have nothing else to say... a masterpiece of an album

Bugo

Bugo (Cristiano Bugatti) is an Italian singer-songwriter from the Novara area, often associated with lo-fi experimentation, irony, and sharply observed everyday storytelling. Reviews describe frequent stylistic shifts (from lo-fi rock and acoustic songwriting to synth/electro-pop), and live shows marked by improvisation and multi-instrument performances.
