Sequel of "Problem Child," released a year after the first episode, it immediately presents itself as a lighter and more daring film.

Ben Healy moves to start a new life in Mortville, famous for being "the divorce capital of the world" and for the "love rock." The divorced women in the neighborhood quickly set their sights on Healy, forming a long line, each holding a welcome cake. Junior, having found someone who loves him, becomes jealous and unwilling for his father to start another relationship. So he sabotages two dates, one with Ms. Debbie, by sending her ex-husband to the restaurant, and another with Ms. Emily by giving her an electric shock as soon as she rings the doorbell. Additionally, he causes the barbecue of new neighbor Aron Burger (Alan Blumenfeld) to explode and projects scenes of his babysitter going to bed with her boyfriend in his house in front of all the neighbors. Then enters the stage, Lawanda Dumore (Laraine Newman), the mayor of Mortville and owner of the namesake bank, in an elegant red dress and red car. She immediately falls in love with Ben, who had entered her bank. Meanwhile, Junior starts attending the new school, encountering Dr. Peabody (who changed careers from orphanage director to principal) who greets him with a scream. To get rid of him, he immediately promotes him to the final year, and in sixth grade, Junior will fight with veteran Murph, taping him to the chalkboard with scotch tape, and he will retaliate by dropping a satellite dish on Ben's head, although the target was clearly Junior. However, this incident leads Ben to meet the school's nurse, Annie Young (an unrecognizable Amy Yasbeck compared to Flo from the first film). The class teacher is Smith, played by James Tolkan, already a teacher in the famous "Back to the Future II." He will first be involved in the explosion of the toilet caused by dynamite and then will show up in diapers at the school exhibition. Besides fighting with "the oldest student," Junior will also clash with Trixie Young (Ivyan Schwan), the school nurse's daughter, who will take him down by drawing a mustache on him and hitting him with a fire hydrant on a second occasion. Everything started with her balloon being punctured by him with a slingshot when they arrived in Mortville. Junior thus found someone worse than him regarding mischievous behavior. The two will also be involved in the (awful) vomiting scene at the Crazy Dance and the play scene, where they take roles from other children and swear. Until the restaurant scene, where Junior and Trixie start hitting Peabody, and here a hilarious food fight involving the whole restaurant begins. This evening makes Annie and Ben start to understand each other, and this leads their respective children to apologize and become friends. But Lawanda, in all this, saves Big Ben from the tree (he ended up there after fighting with Junior) and takes care of Ben's house, where he is warmly welcomed. Trixie and Junior, to prevent the marriage between Ben and Lawanda, go to pray at the Love Rock at night to make their parents marry. Previously, Junior had ruined Lawanda by first inserting insects into a dinner prepared by the woman, then swapping her blood samples with those of a rabid dog (to cure the dog Nippy from the hypnosis Junior had put him under, a truck with two gay men brings the dog the "Drink It Down," the dog recovers and leaves a colossal pile of poo!) and lastly swapping the medical file of the "rabid" woman with that of a patient who wanted a Pinocchio nose. It ends at the marriage between Ben and Lawanda. Junior makes her fall to show off her nose, but she shows up in all her normalcy, after an urgent plastic surgery costing a whopping $382,000. So, when everything seems to go against Junior and Trixie, the latter arrives with a tractor and rolls the Love Rock over, ruining the wedding. Lawanda, extremely angry, challenges the Rock but ends up under it. Meanwhile, Ben and Annie reunite with their respective children, and Ben proposes to her. The two kiss. Big Ben asks for an explanation from his son, who suggests marrying Lawanda if it's just for money. Indeed, due to financial problems, Big Ben had been staying at Ben's house and had identified the person who saved him from the tree as worth more than 50 million dollars. With dynamite (an item already present in the toilet explosion), Junior makes a cake explode that lands on Big Ben and Lawanda as they kiss, and to the tunes of "Saved by Love" by Rik Emmett, Ben and Annie walk together with their children to start a new life.

A somewhat vulgar comedy, where even the reflective component of the first episode is missing. Moreover, some scenes are unrealistic, like Junior taping Murph to the chalkboard or a sixth-grade class asking 3+2. In short, a film that deserves 1 and a half stars, capable only of eliciting casual smiles, but with no further purpose.
