Melancholic dozing guides us through small sonic oases. Foggy ambient that does not yet know it is such and evaporates bewildered into the ether; broken melodies, truncated chords, and gray artificial fragments compose miniatures of autumn landscapes.
Stammering acoustic guitars like leaves lifted by the wind; uncertain atmospheres damp with misty synthesizers that hide the opposite riverbank. Confused memories where insignificant details shine: a crumpled newspaper, the way she used to arrange her hair, the tinkling of the spoon turned in the coffee cup.
Sketches of distorted rock, sweetened and transcended by carefully measured doses of saccharine keyboards; notes written on the bow of a departing ship. Faces of women we meet along our way; faces that disappear too quickly; women we will never know.
Dreams that break off before the image crystallizes; electric basses that duet with liquid slide while the curtain is coming down. Worlds that disappear before we even set foot in them, minimal soundtracks of films only imagined.

"Music For Films remains, in MY very personal perception of things, if not exactly an attempt, as it lacks intentionality, a sort of rough draft."
"The album indeed presents itself as a mosaic of 18 discontinuous musical fragments, mostly of short duration and very different chromatic tones."
