It is a work that some would define as Crossover music. However, the variety of sounds it presents is such that it cannot be identified in a single genre. It is, in fact, a CD of Vintage music with a capital V, whose genre ranges from Rock-Blues & West Coast to Southern Rock and Soul Ballads. Everything is equally divided between Studio & Live sessions, originals and Covers, as well as the original tracks in an Unplugged version.
The most tangible musical influences are those of BOB DYLAN, JOE COCKER, BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, BLACK CROWES, RY COODER, DIRE STRAITS, NEIL YOUNG. The three live tracks – archival material – are played with the “ON THE ROAD” Band – alongside bassist MICHAEL BRILL and drummer Pino Liberti – which evoke the Groove of the historic GRANDFUNK RAILROAD.
The only two tracks on the album that have a sound closer to modern Pop are “HOLDING HANDS,” with a groove halfway between ALANIS MORRISETTE & BECK, (a track also presented at the end of the CD in the Italian version “OGGI È IL TUO DOMANI”) and the captivating “OMAGGIO A KARL,” recorded in 2000 with KARL POTTER (r.i.p.) – Pino Daniele's (former) percussionist – reissued in a remastered version.
There are 10 (ten) original tracks:

There are 4 (four) Cover tracks, of which “FACTORY” (by Bruce Springsteen) is in the studio version, recorded with the band FREQUENZATTIVA, and the 3 Live tracks, TUSH, SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL, KEEP ON ROCKIN’ IN THE FREE WORLD are recorded with the band “On the Road” (namely MICK BRILL & Pino Liberti).
Regarding the unplugged tracks, that is:

At the piano, however, there is no ordinary musician but the Maestro
PRIMIANO DI BIASE, keyboardist of the DIRE STRAITS LEGACY (with PHIL PALMER, STEVE FERRONE, MEL COLLINS, DANNY CUMMINGS, ALAN CLARK).
