Do not buy this CD. I don't recommend it at all, unless you're already accustomed to listening to (and adoring) extreme and brutal sounds. In the grind mass, few bands can stand out from the others; among them, certainly these Brain Drill. They are an incredible band, record-breaking: the drummer is a machine gun that doesn't stop for even a second, the guitarist's sweep riffs sound like solos, and the bassist, well, suffice it to say that the bassist does tapping on 7 strings (?!) ... the only weak point lies in the singer, slightly repetitive and monotonous, especially if you're not used to the genre. However, if you already listen to grindcore, you'll appreciate it quite a bit.
As usual, despite the songs sounding very similar, some stand out particularly over the others, such as the wonderful "The Parasites" and "Forcefed Human Shit", in addition to the concluding one, impressive for the drummer's and bassist's performances, "Sadistic Abductive".
Few bands remind you how much violence can be expressed with music like these Brain Drill. Difficult to define them, but they are usually labeled as "Extreme Technical Grindcore", translated as "total chaos but also highly technical". Don't listen to them if you're not ready, but if you love extreme music, it's a must-have!
