THE REVIEW

The funkiest possible.

Because if it's Funky, it makes you twirl. Little feet fly and soar in the air. You dance with pleasure. Because between Beck & Page I would add a Steve Cropper. Because this record is a Vintage '62 Masterpiece. Because, how is it possible that Booker T. Jones (no joke, for me, he's the King of the Hammond, because the funkier it is, the more it makes you go overboard) is so snubbed here? Just as a falling star passes from Pink to the Cradle of Filth showering us with immense masterpieces?

Mo'Onions is the right path.

I always have this image in my head: a beautiful convertible Alfa under the California sun with Green Onions blaring and Jones’ bass taking the lead. More or less like Satisfaction by the Rolling Stones. Sheer delight.

I wanted these Green Onions to enter the DeServer. And the little bird told me to be as concise as possible.
