THE REVIEW

I must say that as soon as I saw the Blink 182 CD (formerly Duck Tape), I immediately realized it was the greatest CD in the history of pop-punk (forget Green Day & friends)...

It starts with "Carousel" and then "M+Ms", songs that aren’t too satisfying; "Dammit" is quite melodic and powerful, leading to "Josie" with its echoing chorus in the room (i know that everything, know that everything...). And now we move with great pride to the legendary and unforgettable "What's My Age Again?"; the opening arpeggio and Mark's voice fit perfectly, phenomenal. "All The Small Things", very well played with the drums, but especially the video is great, where they mock Blue and Backstreet Boys...

Stunning "Adam's Song" with its opening arpeggio that explodes with drums and guitar. Then comes "Man Overboard" (so sorry, it's over...) with the perfect duo, Tom and Mark, the two vocalists of the group. Moving forward on the stereo's LCD display to number 9, "The Rock Show", pleasant "First Date", great video, where Blink are in the '70s and create some fun chaos. "Stay together for the kids", lovely initial arpeggio. "Feeling This", perhaps the one that "excels" the most on the album along with "What's My Age Again?", thanks to a drum start mixed with electronics, it’s astounding. Very beautiful and calm "I miss You" and "Down". A beautiful and I mean beautiful "Always" with its sweetness and calm, but also at times full of power and grit. "Not Now" and "Another girl, Another Planet", the two bonus tracks of the album and finally one, not excessively beautiful; "Alien Exists" in live version.

In short, a CD that letting it slip away would be sacrilege. Happy listening to all!!!

The only TRUE (unlike Green Day) interpreters of 90s punk rock.

I could listen to 'Not Now' forever.
