Hola, dear Debaserz!
On the occasion of the release of her new single, "Venezia," we decided to have a chat with the much-discussed Bletcher Queen who kindly and graciously answered all our questions about her current musical endeavors. We wish you a pleasant read and look forward to seeing you at the next meeting!

T.M: Hello! Thank you for agreeing to answer our questions. Let's get to the point: after "Hola Hola," a slightly "bold" single, it's the turn of "Venezia," which is coming soon and for the first time with a much-anticipated music video. But how did this single come to be?

BLETCHER QUEEN: Hi, thank you for inviting me to participate in this initiative. I wrote "Venezia" when my girlfriend went on a school trip there. I remember it was a stormy period, truly unpleasant and negative for me. I even refused to leave the house, isolating myself and dedicating my time solely and exclusively to producing music. That night, before sleeping, I convinced myself that I would write the best song I had made so far, and that's what happened. I can't tell you if it was the next morning or a few days later, but I went to the studio and told my producer that when I would come out of that little room, the track had to be completed and done perfectly. We worked very hard to ensure it turned out to be an impeccable product, at least by our standards, and it went well. I'm satisfied.

T.M: From Iglesias to Venice is quite a journey. How did you manage the video?

BLETCHER QUEEN: The video was directed by Julia Bernardini (you know, my girlfriend); she took care of everything during her stay in Venice. I know many improvise pre-plans and major production works, but we want to be honest: it was a quick thing, not prepared at all. Despite this, the video turned out as it should, it's a real blast, and it gives you the impression of being the protagonist of the journey. As I've already told various magazines and radio stations, I recommend everyone keep an eye on Julia because she's a talented videomaker and has proven to be even before "Venezia." I know there will be new projects coming out, even outside our record label, and I'm genuinely happy about that.

T.M: As you know, we are allowed to ask only three questions in our magazine, so we want to ask you what you expect from the release of this latest track. Obviously, we're talking about success.

BLETCHER QUEEN: More than expectations, I have hopes in this regard. Some of the singles I've released and wasn't as gratified by have been more successful than others, but that's how the music industry is. I hope "Venezia" stands out above all because it's the song I'm happiest with, at least at this moment.
