LA RECENSIONE

Finally something original at least in the blandness of the Italian scene.

Forty minutes of pure energy skillfully mixing: industrial, electronic, metal, and melodies, what was once called crossover and for some reason, they thought it was a good idea to label it differently.

The five present themselves in the following line-up: Drooper vocals, luis vocals and samples, Frankie guitar, keta bass, kekko drums. Three tracks in Italian Karra Resto immobile (also performed on the first of May 2006) Hip-hop in Italian on very dark electronic bases supported by guitars and surgical rhythmic sections, Fai schifo represents the more hardcore and industrial side of the group, 2 minutes of pure violence.

The other significant tracks are: 1000 Shoots, an excellent example of modern crossover, blasting riffs, excellent interplay of the two voices, and the various stop and go of the rhythmic section keep the tension high all the way to the central part where a disorienting atmosphere of a 3rd millennium rave prepares the ground for the explosive finale.

C.p, Plastica, New g.n.a, Sheepman do the rest, dividing themselves among the many influences already mentioned. Fish and Servants are the two ballads, surely the second being more effective with a memorable chorus.

An excellent debut for the Genoese group released by the Roman label Antibemusic.
