LA RECENSIONE

When words don't matter, the atmosphere takes over!

Big Joe is a beatmaker working under the independent label Unlimited Struggle. This label features several niche Italian rappers: Johnny Marsiglia, Egreen, Mistaman, etc... but our JoJo has a solid resume with big names like Salmo and Fabri Fibra.

Quietly, in 2014, Big Joe released this EP, a small Concept Album about space, entirely instrumental except for the track Mothership in collaboration with a certain Retrospective for Love. A refined production and breathtaking instrumentals guide us on this uninterrupted journey through the universe, with only 10 tracks that reference ambient, old school (with a rightly updated sound), and a style reminiscent of '90s Trip-hop.

An absolute must-recover hidden gem!
