LA RECENSIONE

The great Cockdizul a.k.a. Buzzdis returns, better known as Bassi Maestro.

Founder and spiritual leader of the Milanese crew Sano Business, Davide Bassi started rapping back in ‘94, influenced by American west coast sounds. His latest effort is called V.E.L.M. (Live And Let Die), which includes ironic insights into today's society as well as deep reflections on the evolution of hip hop from the '90s to today. Among the collaborations, the one with the crew "Spregiudicati" stands out, particularly with Jack The Smoker, with whom he shares more than one song.

In “Non cambio mai”, he brilliantly reveals his pure rapper spirit that accepts no compromises either with the media or with the audience, increasingly attracted by his way of hammering on the mic. Let’s not forget that Bassi, besides being a rapper, is also a DJ and beatmaker, thus he is also the producer of his own captivating, driving beats... in full Bassi style!
