Barbet Schroeder

Barbet Schroeder is a Swiss film director and producer, born in 1941 in Tehran. He co-founded Les Films du Losange with Éric Rohmer and is known for works ranging from counterculture dramas (More, La Vallée) to acclaimed U.S. films (Reversal of Fortune, Single White Female) and Barfly, inspired by Charles Bukowski.
