English rock group formed by Bernard Sumner with Phil Cunningham and Jake Evans; debut album Never Cry Another Tear released in 2009.

Project formed after the split of New Order. Band name chosen in homage to the film Bad Lieutenant. Stephen Morris toured with the group but is described in the review as not an official member; Alex James contributed bass in studio but did not tour. Peter Hook's rights issues over New Order are mentioned as a reason the New Order name would not appear in new productions.
