Avril is the stage name of French musician and composer Frédéric Magnon (also known as Fred Avril). Associated with Laurent Garnier’s F Communications label, he released the albums That Horse Must Be Starving (2001) and Members Only (2004). He later composed for film and TV, including Johnnie To’s Sparrow and the animated series Lastman.
