Jonas Åkerlund (born 10 November 1965 in Bromma, Sweden) is a Swedish film and music-video director known for directing music videos for major artists and several feature films, including Spun (2002), Small Apartments (2012) and Lords of Chaos (2018).

Born 10 November 1965 in Bromma, Stockholm. Began his career in music and was an early drummer in the Swedish metal scene (including a stint with Bathory). Went on to direct numerous music videos and commercials, and later feature films such as Spun, Small Apartments and Lords of Chaos.
