DeBaser's review of Atrophy's Violent by Nature frames the band as 80s-influenced American thrashers with strong production. The reviewer notes clear Anthrax/Testament influences, aggressive riffing and occasional melodic openings. Overall the album is recommended despite not being highly innovative.

For:Fans of classic 80s/90s thrash metal, collectors, DeBaser readers

These extremely violent American thrashers take us back to the dear (old) 80s metal: if you're familiar with the oldest productions of Anthrax and Testament, you can have an idea of the sound impact of this quintet.
