THE REVIEW

Sparkling atmosphere. Rarefied notes, pulses of indifference. A placid expanse of gray land, a musical component halfway between alternatività and sweet experimentation. Calm and light sounds. Apse also means this. A veiled and romantic tranquility that connects with fragments of energetic sweetness.

Definitions? Art rock blends with synergistic strength to barely visible space outlines, while fleeting solutions midway between shoegaze, post rock, seventies pop, and alternative rock peek out, culminating in sound paintings where the influence and vision of flashes of psychedelia flow into songs of gentle and silent inner retreat.

The problem (or the advantage, you decide) is in the lack of clearly defined boundaries: this mixture is indigestible, too subdued to be fully appreciated.

The modern sound of "All mine" diffuses into the vocal alteration of Bobby Toher: an excellence of the album with its rarefied and dreamy peaks, themselves entangled in an overall atmosphere with a futuristic flavor. The shamanic scent of "Tropica" is elegant, the instrumental "Rook" is useless, the spatial interlude in "The return" is progressive, "The whip" is influenced and already heard.

"Climb up" is a series of intersecting angles. Each has different and complementary characteristics, all to be discovered. However, some have a bisector that cuts through them poorly, marring them musically. In short, the panorama remains gray...
