Well, although it may please you, in the brief stretch above the ellipsis that encompasses my ephemeral transit in this vale of tears (...), I wanted to conclude this "trilogy" of writings dedicated to Italian Female Voices with one of the most beautiful and moving Performers. However, as my unfinished work required an adequate completion, I sought help from Accountant Renzo Filini, a refined music lover in his (little) free time, who kindly and willingly took the task upon himself to write a four-handed review. Let’s hope we did something gracious... otherwise, know that it wasn’t done on purpose.
The lively Antonella one day roamed
The creative roads leading to the sea
But behold, the enchantment that surprised her
In her eyes understanding where she was walking
No leaves or trees or dark clouds
Such Nature that resides inside
No blinding light or real springs
But everything was painted and gathered in the city
And dazzled by the light of an artist
Showing canvases in great abundance
"European Landscape, well, I like it!"
Thought Antonella already at work, as known...
And pronto Goldin and Arké before her
Called with an idea already intriguing to dare
"I want to sing in union of intellect
Of fire and seas and sand to say
With voice and instruments how beautiful it will be
To narrate in verses the painted impression
Of Turner and Constable that will come alive
By making sounds and words the union
Then let’s see if good the artifice will be"
But with a sure voice and sublime Orchestrals
The divine Antonella already knew
That the pictorial enchantment within her madrigals
Enchanted those who listen will know how to enchant
Well here are these new songs for you
Of those who dance on the sea or will follow the trail
Of the Fire effect and other great emotions
Of Moons and Clouds will be able to narrate
To the voice reaching out to changing words
You will know what the gaze will give
Through the voice and poetic implants
The emotion (we hope) will surely be
For now listen, if you like, to the voice
From "Jade" to "Nuvole" and even beyond
This is indeed "The Habit of Light"
And let us like it if many will know how to please...
Even the dear Colleague who of such a City
Shares the origin and sensitivity
And to the tennis game, ready it seems...
Even if (the mist)
Dare I would not know,
but no more chatter about myopia
"hit, Colleague, hit her!!!!!!!!!!"
