THE REVIEW

"Persistence of Time" has often been overshadowed by its 1988 predecessor "State of Euphoria," but mistakenly so.
This album, although not reaching the heights of the two masterpieces "Spreading the Disease" and "Among the Living", remains at excellent levels, and to prove it, the five Americans present us with an album long and interesting that never ceases to thrill us throughout its duration, starting from the ticking of "Time", to the fast-paced "Discharge", passing through more elaborate tracks like "In My World," "Belly of the Beast" (a classic), "H8 Red," and the cover of Joe Jackson's "Got the Time," which, taken over by Anthrax, becomes completely metal.

Persistence Of Time is a true anthem to the most essential Speed-Thrash metal.

A great album from a band that has lost much of its popularity over time.
