A Californian psychedelic band associated with the late-1960s acid-psychedelic movement; best known for the scarce LP 24 Hours.

According to the DeBaser review, Ant Trip Ceremony were Californian hippies active in the San Francisco acid-psychedelic milieu. Their record 24 Hours featured covers and originals, spotlighting tracks such as "Elaborations" (a multi-part psychedelic suite), "Four In The Morning", "Locomotive Lamp", and covers including "Hey Joe". The review states the first and only pressing was of only 300 copies and that flute (by Stein) and guitar tuned to resemble a sitar (by Steve) are prominent elements on the record.

DeBaser hosts a single, appreciative review of Ant Trip Ceremony's scarce LP 24 Hours. The review highlights flute and sitar-like guitar textures and names "Elaborations" as the record's centerpiece. Recommended for fans of 1960s acid-psychedelia and collectors of rare pressings.

For:Fans of 1960s psychedelic rock and collectors of rare vinyl.

In the world, there are millions of diseases. Among these, I feel compelled to remember two in particular today, both concerning the approach many of us have to music.
