Annie Lennox (born Ann Lennox, 25 December 1954) is a Scottish singer-songwriter who rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the Eurythmics and later established a solo career with albums such as Diva (1992), Medusa and Songs of Mass Destruction.

Rose to prominence in the 1980s as half of the Eurythmics (with Dave Stewart); launched a successful solo career in 1992 with Diva.
