THE REVIEW

Ladies and gentlemen... hats off! If someone notices this group, I truly believe all the covers and musical programs will be all about them. A perfect work. The genre is truly indefinable. It has been said of this LP: If Rubik had thought of a soundtrack for his magic cube, he might have invented Grand Master Mogol or Gli Amari are the inventors of the tecnotrotic blob. A mix of singer-songwriter songs, electronic, punk, garage rock, rap, and hip hop. All in Italian. A mix between N.e.r.d., Battisti, Dizzee Rascal, Phoenix, and The Faint.

The Arcobalena on the cover is a masterpiece. The songs are amazing, irresistible, starting with "Bolognina Revolution" (I'm part of a generation that studies revolutions on a couch, a slow record in the background) and you'll find yourself humming all day Sorry if I want to stay home again tonight or "Conoscere Gente Sul Treno" (Meeting people on the train can be better than shaking hands with those who don't easily get lost in the narrow alleys of a neighborhood that's inside me, inside me nothing to lose, here in the club of those who admire the sky).
One of the best tracks is "Campo Minato" (it's a minefield, the records you listen to, the books you read, sometimes the movies you watch, I often think I've already heard all the light phrases that you've prepared today) over which the protection of Lucio Battisti hovers.

Listen to how the band presents their work: If you're tired of drinking Pernod in dimly lit venues, if you want to rediscover the taste of sucking on strawberry toothpaste like when you were in kindergarten, if you didn't become boy scouts because you were allergic to squirrels, if you hate Mickey Mouse and love Goofy and if Freddie Mercury despite everything is still hanging on the wall above your bed, well then you're ready for Grand Master Mogol or a new Great Italian miracle. Modest? Irony is a dominant part of the CD's tracks. Before investing 10€ in this CD, I recommend you savor the promo available on rockit.it (here).
