. A few phone chats with BUZZIN' FLY

Why are you so attracted to "Pozne Krolestwo", the 2013 work by the Polish collective Alameda 3?

Fundamentally because I am convinced it's a fantastic record, modern psychedelia illuminated by luminous electricity.

A mysterious, dynamic, exciting work even in the most ecstatic moments.

The language of the guitars, declined in all its forms, meets the buzzing of synths, intertwining, layering, painting earthly landscapes where feminine melodic figures embrace exciting feedback demons with an alluring distorted evil grin in a cosmic dance.

From ambient noise moments, it floats into folk whirlpools electrified by raga movements until being thrown onto shoegaze noise sonic walls. The guitars dribble, stray from the path, seek an escape route, but inevitably return to the groove traced in the haunted score.

The voice?

The voice is a functional color to the painting, to the electric saturations, never intrusive. Almost always, it suddenly turns into a scream on the verge of black metal, but it is a sudden outburst, the quiet electric ripples return.

Music that alternates between ecstasy and delirium, music of contrasts.

That's why I like it so much.

Would you recommend this record?

Definitely.

A color to describe this music?

Electric blue

Have you slightly exaggerated in praising its qualities?
