Tenth album in twenty years of career for Bunna & Co. We are indeed in front of a great album, a work of maturity, a thrilling record. . . etc etc. . all true and especially well-deserved. Here we start with reggae only and simply because Africa is a reggae band, but the strength of the entire album lies in the fact that they are excellent at crafting a work influenced by styles that are not strictly "Reaggie".

"Muio, Good Bye" is an electronic wrapper for a strictly Afro-Dub track with a "levare" rhythm. The next song surprises with a distinctly R&B step where Bunna's voice fits beautifully. Speaking of sounds, this Africa Sound is enriched by excellent Percussions that envelop the entire work in a slightly dark but decidedly effective way. The song that gives the album its title stands out for its Hip Hop nuances while the following "Ogni Singola Goccia" mixes excellent syncopated Reggae in a style reminiscent of the Wailers, with Swing influences that make it an immediately catchy song. It is difficult, very difficult to find clichéd episodes in this splendid album which becomes lovable from the very first listen precisely for the versatility and flexibility of its melodies. Each song has its own strength. A separate note deserves the lyrics, never banal, offering excellent points for reflection. Great great Africa Unite. Congratulations. Mauri.
