1991, after the success of Pump, Columbia decides to scrape the bottom of the barrel and releases this nice little box set. Dedicated to those who love Aerosmith (few) especially from the early period including the albums: Aerosmith (1973), Get Your Wings (1974), Toys In The Attic (1975), Rocks (1976), Draw The Line (1977), Night In The Ruts (1979), and Rock In A Hard Place (1982).
This collection, apart from the most beautiful songs of the above-mentioned albums, offers some unreleased and mixed tracks with live tracks of already published studio tracks. The tracks are mixed almost randomly, the first CD mixes the band's early period up to Get Your Wings, the second up to Draw The Line, and the third up to Rock in A Hard Place. Full of notes from the musicians in the book that accompanies the box set. If you don't mind commercial operations, this result is appreciable considering the limitations of Aerosmith, their tendency to copy almost the entire repertoire from twenty years earlier, etc., etc.
Fun.
